Cancelation Policy

Under what circumstances could a shoot stand canceled?

A shoot ordered with us could be canceled in one of the following conditions.

  1. If the customer informs us through email or phone that he/she wishes to cancel the order (accepted until 48 hours before the commencement of the order).
  2. If the photographer assigned for the job failed to attend due to accident, death or an atmospheric calamity (Under such conditions, we will try our maximum best to assign another photographer, cancellation is a remote condition in which everything inevitably fails).
  3. If a shoot is directed to be canceled by the court of law through a judicial order.
  4. If the customer fails to get location permissions.

Refund Policy

Under what circumstances could a customer expect refund from us?

A shoot ordered with us could be canceled and the entire or partial payment done towards it could be refunded to the customer under the following conditions.

  1. If the customer informs us through email or phone that he/she wishes to cancel the order (accepted until 48 hours before the commencement of the order). (100% refund upto before 48 hours, 30% refund only if the shoot is canceled in less than 48 hours before the order commencement)
  2. If the photographer assigned for the job failed to attend due to accident, death or an atmospheric calamity (Under such conditions, we will try our maximum best to assign another photographer, cancellation is a remote condition in which everything inevitably fails) (In this condition 100% refund will be done).
  3. If a shoot is directed to be canceled by the court of law through a judicial order (Condition 1 refund policy applies).
  4. If the customer fails to get location permissions (Condition 1 refund policy applies).
  5. If the transaction fails with the money deducted from your account because of a fault with the bank or payment gateway, the total amount thus paid will be refunded to you in a span 2 weeks.

How long will it take to receive the refund into my account in the event of cancelation?

  1. It may up to two weeks from the date of cancelation of the order for the refund to appear in your bank account.
  2. The customer will have to write an email to contactkidsnpics@gmail.com with subject line (Refund), along with the details of the order to initiate the refund.
  3. In the event of any problem during the transaction which may have resulted in an incomplete transaction, the amount deducted will bounce back in span of two weeks.
